How do I place an order? 

• You can directly add items to your cart and checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation for your order. You also have the option to create an account to have all your orders monitored within you account.

How much is the Shipping Fee? 

• Shipping fee depend on your location and carrier, you may see our shipping fee details here.
• We offer Shoppe Checkout, you will receive an email for the link once the item is ready and payment is completed.

When will you ship the order?

• Orders will be shipped 1-2 days from date of the payment is received, except pre-order products.

For Pre-orders

• Date of release and ETA for arrival in Philippines are indicated on product descriptions. We'll need 3-5 days to complete the shipment once the items received in local consol.

What are the payment mode accepted?

• We accept Gcash, Bank deposit/transfer, Palawan Express Remittance and PayPal. We are currently working on adding other payment options for our buyers. 

How do I know that you have received my payment?

• You'll need to fill up the payment form so we can review. 
• Your payment status will be marked as paid when you log in to your account or check your order status.

How do I know if my order has been secured?

• We will send you an update via email or messenger.
